This skyhome rental is located on Pensacola Beach in Florida, at the Portofino Island Resort and Spa. Portofino is a luxury resort and a favorite family vacation destination. It is located on the sugar white sand of Pensacola Beach on Santa Rosa Island with emerald green and blue waters all around. This condominium sleeps up to six, has two bedrooms and has breathtaking views of the ocean which can be seen from every room through floor-to-ceiling windows. Water views all around you. Relax to sounds of the ocean while sitting on your private balcony. You will also have views of the serene waters of Santa Rosa Sound and overlook the beautiful resort property. The kitchens is fully equipped, has granite countertops, tile flooring throughout and a built in grill located on the balcony. A covered parking space is provided and additional outside ground parking is available. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private entry onto balcony, two large closets, and a master bathroom. A double sink vanity, a whirlpool tub, separate tiled shower and private toilet accommodate the large bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 twin size beds, patio door entrance to balcony and also has its own private bathroom. A washer and dryer is also in the unit for your use and a queen size sofa sleeper is provided. Feel free to use our 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella, boogie board, coolers and kid’s beach sand toys all located inside the bedroom closet.
Enjoy all that Portofino Island Resort and Spa has to offer. Eight swimming pools can be found on the property. A heated pool and hot tub is located outside of each of the five condo towers. Two outdoor infinity pools and an indoor olympic size lap pool are located at the onsite LifeStyle Center and Spa. Here you can sit poolside and enjoy food and drink service right at your lounge chair. Coastal, a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and fine dining dinner and Portofino al Fresco(casual outdoor dining) are onsite restaurants. There is also a pizza service, from Portofino Pizza, that can be ordered for pick up or delivery to your condo. Cobalt bar is poolside. Inside the Lifestyle Center and Spa, is a state of art fitness gym, a full service spa, a market /deli, gift shop, smoothie bar and a Starbucks, also concierge service. Five tennis courts are on the property, along with rental service for use of bikes, scooters, kayaks, surf boards, paddle and boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, jet skis and pontoon. There is a beach to enjoy on both sides of the property. The gulf and sound beaches. On the sound side there is a waterpark(fee). Kid and family activities are offered weekly. An onsite property Tram is available to pick you up from your condominium and give you a ride to the pools, beaches and the Lifestyle Center and return you back if you prefer to ride. Otherwise, everything that the property has to offer is available within a short walking distance. Enjoy Catamaran dolphin and sunset cruises (fee) to the nearby Pensacola Beach Boardwalk which has shopping and restaurants. Many more amenities to mention and something for everyone which is all conveniently located on the resort poperty!! Parasailing, golf, pier fishing and charter fishing nearby. Directly next to Portofino Island Resort and Spa is the Gulf Islands National Seashore park which is miles of undisturbed beaches.
This property does require Property Damage Protection Insurance and is available to add at time of booking. A choice of a one time payment of $59 for an insurance policy or a choice to make a Property Damage deposit.
